McCorry of McCorry Real Estate completes $549,500 building sale

Patricia McCorry of McCorry Real Estate LLC recently completed the sale of an office/commercial building located at 465 Furnace St. The property was purchased by Paul and David Rogan. The building sold for $549,500. Eastern Bank provided a mortgage in the amount of $300,000. McCorry was the listing and selling broker for the sale. An ad for this property was featured within The New England Real Estate Journal and helped with its sale. The building consists of seven leasable spaces of varying sizes. The building is 30' x 60' with vinyl siding. The heat is FHA/natural gas with central A/C and plenty of off street parking. The office building was 100% rented at time of listing. The property is located across from Marshfield Middle School and close to Rte. 139.
