This property is in the Concord Heights section and is shadow anchored by Shaw’s Supermarket and the Steeplegate Mall which is proposed to be redeveloped into a mixed-use property with at least two new major new-to-market retailers. This multi-tenant retail strip center includes LensCrafters, Mattress Firm, U.S. Cellular, H&R Block, Tropical Smoothie Café and a free-standing Starbucks with drive thru.
