Exeter, NH Summit Realty Partners, Inc. has completed three retail lease transactions for Jersey Mike’s Subs locations in Mass. and N.H. Chris McMahon and Travis Ginsberg of Summit Realty represented the landlords in these transactions.

Jersey Mike’s has leased 1,479 s/f at the Hannaford Plaza located at 141 Portsmouth Ave. in Exeter. Jersey Mike’s has also leased a 2,208 s/f space at Fairhaven Plaza which is anchored by Stop & Shop in Fairhaven, Mass. Lastly, Jersey Mike’s has leased a 1,228 s/f space at the Sea City Crossing Shopping Center in Seabrook, NH which is a modern retail strip center at the entrance to Seabrook Commons.

Summit Realty also recently completed three retail lease transactions for new Tropical Smoothie Café locations in Mass. McMahon and Ginsberg of Summit Realty represented the tenant in these transactions.

A franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Café has leased a 1,550 s/f retail location at 240 Andover St. in Peabody, which is now open for business. Another franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Café has leased a 2,213 s/f retail location at the South Coast Marketplace in Fall River, which is also open for business. Lastly, a franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Café has leased a 1,186 s/f retail location at Patriot Place in Foxboro, MA with plans to open later this year.
