McMahon and Ginsberg of Summit Realty Ptrs. handle 1,810 s/f lease to Karma Nails Lounge
Merrimack, NH Summit Realty Partners, Inc. completed a lease transaction with Karma Nails Lounge which will open soon. Karma Nails Lounge has leased an 1,810 s/f retail space at 17-19 Premium Outlets Blvd. at the entrance to the Merrimack Premium Outlets. Karma Nails Lounge will be located between Starbucks and Qdoba.
Additional nearby retail includes the Merrimack Premium Outlets. These outlets are a large regional destination with over 100 stores which draws customers from all over New England. Karma Nails Lounge will offer traditional manicure and pedicure services.
