Meet the CAI Member: Debra Nugent
Debra Nugent, CMCA, AMS, PCAM is a senior property manager at Dirigo Management Company in Portland, Maine. She oversees a portfolio of both condominium and homeowner associations throughout Southern Maine. A delegate to the Maine Legislative Action Committee she is also involved in the CAI New England Chapter Maine Regional Committee supporting educational programs and initiatives for community association boards and owners throughout the state.
