Pete Garrett, CMCA, AMS, PCAM is president and CEO of Maine Properties, Inc., AAMC, a CAI accredited association management company in Scarborough, Maine. He has been an active participant of the CAI New England Chapter Maine Regional Committee and is a Maine Legislative Action Committee (MELAC) delegate and current committee secretary. A frequent chapter speaker, he continues to bring attention to the issues of Maine associations and industry professionals.
