Meet the IREM Members: David Barrett
David Barrett CMCA, AMS, PCAM, ARM, CPMC, is a vice president with American Properties Team in Woburn, Mass, specializing in association management. Barrett has over 17 years experience in property management with 8 years prior experience in facilities management. Barrett holds an oil burner technicians license for the state of Mass., certified pool operator certificate and dozens of trade certificates from technical institutes as well as several management designations from the CAI and IREM.
David has served as co-chair for the IREM 2008 Secretary, IREM legislation committee in 2004-2009, , IREM Executive Board 2005 - 2009.
