Meet the IREM Members: Thomas Sullivan

Thomas Sullivan, president of Adamsworth LLC, has had more than 17 years of experience in real estate, insurance and financial services industries in the areas of business strategy and operations management. Sullivan manages the acquisitions and operations of Adamsworth, a real estate asset management company, and oversees management of acquired properties by third-party property management services. He holds a CPM designation from the IREM and is a member of the National Apartment Association and the National Association of Realtors. Sullivan holds a bachelor of Science in Finance from Northeastern University in Boston, and a master of Business Administration from Boston University. Adamsworth LLC is a multifamily real estate asset management company based in Newton, Massachusetts. Adamsworth acquires, manages, and improves multifamily properties for the benefit of its investors. The company currently focuses on the Texas and Tennessee markets, and company's principals have experience in the Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, and Alabama real estate markets.
