Meyer of Levey Miller Maretz brokers 2 deals
Noah Meyer of Levey Miller Maretz has leased retail space at 2977 Whitney Ave. The new tenant, Neo Salon plans to open cosmetic boutique and spa. The store is located in the Mt. Carmel Center Plaza located in the Mt. Carmel Center section of Hamden. Meyer represented the landlord, Mt. Carmel Center, LLC as well as the tenant.
In another transaction, he sold 15-17 Tilton St. in New Haven. The 6- unit apartment building was sold for $527,000. Meyer represented the seller of the property, Tilton Partners, LLC.
