Carmel Center Plaza located in the Mt. Carmel Center section of Hamden. Meyer represented the landlord, Mt. Carmel Center, LLC as well as the tenant.
In another transaction, he sold 15-17 Tilton St. in New Haven. The 6- unit apartment building was sold for $527,000. Meyer represented the seller of the property, Tilton Partners, LLC.
