Moskowitz of Heritage Corporation leases 2,653 s/f

Brighton, MA Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corporation has leased 2,653 s/f on a long-term basis to Caffe Nero at 298 Washington St. 

Caffe Nero completed an extensive renovation of the space. 

The location of their café is an exciting addition to the city, which is undergoing revitalization with the new Brighton Landing development, along with the expansion of Harvard University and the building of many new apartments. 

Moskowitz said, “Caffe Nero with their excellent following has created additional foot traffic on Washington St., and is a welcome addition to this changing neighborhood.”

Moskowitz represented the lessor, Winship Property Management, LLC and John Dennis of Corporate Realty Advisors represented Caffe Nero.
