Sturbridge, MA Two abutting single-family properties at 216 and 226 Charlton Rd., both zoned for commercial use, have been sold to a New England-based developer for the development of a ConvenientMD Urgent Care facility.

The buyer, Harborlight Properties LLC, which operates out of Portland, ME and Needham, MA, acquired the properties for a combined total of $1.08 million. 216 Charlton Rd. was sold by Christina E. Lena for $490,000, and 226 Charlton Rd. was sold by Theresa and Steven Saletnik for $590,000.
