NAI Hunneman brokers 2 leases to Orsi Arone Rothenberg Iannuzzi & Turner and In4mation Insights

NAI Hunneman brokered two lease transactions totaling 16,064 s/f of office space to two tenants, Orsi Arone Rothenberg Iannuzzi & Turner LLP and In4mation Insights, at 160 Gould St. Brendan Daly of NAI Hunneman represented both tenants in these transactions. Orsi Arone Rothenberg Iannuzzi & Turner, a private law firm, signed a long-term lease renewal for 10,141 s/f. In4mation Insights leased 5,905 s/f, more than doubling their previous space. "These two clients presented very different needs for their space requirements," said Brendan Daly, vice president at NAI Hunneman. Coincidentally, both sets of needs were best met at 160 Gould Street." 160 Gould St. is a class A, 138,690 s/f, multi-tenant office building strategically located at exit 19B within the desirable 128 corridor. The building is surrounded by many amenities including hotels, retail, shopping and restaurants, and also offers a full service cafeteria and covered parking. NAI Hunneman's suburban leasing group, which includes James Boudrot, Brendan Daly, Evan Gallagher, Stephen James and Michael McCarthy, specializes in the representation of tenants and landlords in the Greater Boston suburbs and along Rte. 128 and I-93.
