QBS, Inc. offers consulting and training services for health care providers dealing with patient behavioral challenges. Capital Group Properties, which owns and manages the building, was extremely responsive in terms of developing a space plan that allowed for the tenant to provide office space for administration with an adjacent training facility for QBS' clients.
After an extensive search of the market it became clear that 257 Turnpike Rd. could meet the tenant's needs in all regards, while also offering a first class environment. O'Brien was the sole broker of record in this transaction.
