NAI Hunneman leases 14,000 s/f to Sport Stop, a sporting goods retailer

NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services to corporations, institutions and the private market, has brokered the lease of 14,000 s/f to Sport Stop, a sporting good retailer, at Pine Valley Mill at 37 Wilton Rd. Chip Denton, senior vice president of NAI Hunneman represented the landlord, Milford Center Trust. Bradley Vear of Vear Commercial Properties represented the tenant, Sport Stop, a specialty sporting goods vendor specializing in lacrosse and winter sports merchandise. The deal for 14,000 s/f of warehouse and retail space at 37 Wilton Rd. allows Sport Stop to accommodate their growing online business. "The historic Pine Valley Mill provided a perfect space solution for Sport Stop, allowing them to relocate to a larger location while remaining in Milford." said Denton. "We were pleased to find a tenant who was a great match for this unique property."
