The tenant, Practical Energy Solutions (PES), specializes in lighting control systems utilizing the Data Logger Monitoring System, which quantifies lighting usage by knowing when lights are on and when space is occupied. Cost effective strategies are designed and engineered by PES and also installed by the company to maximize return on investment.
Joel Nesson, of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, was the sole broker in the lease transaction, representing the landlord, 29 North Plains Highway, LLC, and the tenant, Practical Energy Solutions, LLC.
