Nesson of Press/Cuozzo sells 2,719 s/f building
Joel Nesson, senior advisor at Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, closed on 201 Center St., a 2,719 s/f, two-story office building set on .42 acre with parking for 12 cars.
The property had been occupied by a law firm for many years. The seller was SBA Realty Co., LLC. The buyer, Yiannis Haralabakis, will convert the building to two residential units.
Nesson was the sole broker.
