The Geenty Group, Realtors, reports the sale of a 4,942 s/f commercial condo located in the Thimble Creek Condominium Association at 420 East Main St. This unit has housed various types of restaurants since its inception. The seller is Zions First National Bank. The buyer is Rusit Cecunjanin. He will be renovating the building and when completed, it will house a brand new Italian style restaurant. The purchase price was $300,000. The Geenty Group, Realtors, was the sole broker in this transaction, with Bill Clark, senior vice president, serving as agent for the buyer and Barry Stratton, commercial/residential associate, as the seller's agent. The buyer was represented by Attorney Alexander Tigne of Old Saybrook. The seller's attorney was John Fahey of Witherspoon Law of Farmington.
