West Hartford, CT According to principal Matt Halprin, New England Retail Properties, Inc. has closed the sale of the former CVS Pharmacy located at 978 Farmington Ave. The property was marketed on behalf of the owner, Center Equities LLC, after the CVS location ceased operations over a year ago following 35 years of service to the community.
