Nickerson of O’Brien Comm’l. handles 82,000 s/f lease to Encore
Bolton, MA Nate Nickerson, senior associate at O’Brien Commercial Properties, brokered a lease transaction, totaling 82,000 s/f of high bay warehouse space owned by Paragon Holdings to Encore Boston Harbor (Winn). Winn is moving their warehousing from Wilmington to 41 Main St. Nickerson represented the landlord in this transaction and procured the tenant.
