Noonan retires from Hancock Associates

John Noonan

Danvers, MA According to Hancock Associates, a leading provider of land surveying, civil engineering and wetland science services, John Noonan, P.E., P.L.S, has retired. Noonan had been a senior project manager at Hancock since the firm acquired Noonan & McDowell in 2018. During his tenure, he assisted Hancock’s growth in the Greater Lowell/Chelmsford area by bringing his strong knowledgebase of work throughout Billerica, Lexington, Wellesley and surrounding communities as both a surveyor and an engineer.

“Over the past few months, we have worked with John on the program for his retirement including the transfer of clients. We have also preserved the records from Noonan & McDowell so that we can continue to efficiently serve his client base in the region,” said Hancock Associates president, Wayne Jalbert, P.L.S. “We thank John for his hard work and wish him well in his well-earned retirement.”
