Langley Construction building 3,600 s/f Granite State Credit Union branch

Raymond, NH Langley Construction began construction of a new 3,600 s/f stand-alone branch for Granite State Credit Union.

The project demands a unique understanding and expertise of the security needs of financial institutions. This will be the fifth collaboration between Granite State Credit Union and Langley Construction, following projects in Concord, Derry, Nashua and Manchester.

The new Raymond branch facility will be built to support modern retail banking operations while improving accessibility for members and small businesses in the region. The building has a target opening date of early 2027 and is located at 2 Center St.

“We’ve worked with Langley Construction for several years across multiple projects of varying scope and size, from smaller renovations to larger ground-up builds. Each time their team worked efficiently and communicated proactively, all while keeping the projects on budget and within the schedule. They’re our first call for any future builds,” said Taylor Foley of the Element Group, based in Portsmouth which represents Granite State Credit Union.

Founded in 1986 by Stephen Langley, Langley Construction is a full-service family owned and operated commercial and industrial general contractor that provides in-depth construction management services. Langley Construction noted that the project reinforces its continued focus on delivering consistent outcomes across a range of commercial sectors, including financial institutions, automotive dealerships, veterinary clinics, and industrial facilities. Once completed, the new facility will provide enhanced access to financial services for residents and businesses in Raymond and surrounding communities.

“Building long-term relationships has always been part of our philosophy and we are proud to be selected for this project and to be a part of Granite State Credit Union’s growth and success in New Hampshire,” said Langley.
