Northeast Private Client Group concludes two sales totaling $10.417 million

289 Main Avenue - Norwalk, CT

Norwalk, CT Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) has completed the $7,517,444 sale of 289 Main Ave. in Norwalk, Conn. In another transaction, NPCG completed the $2.9 million sale of 446A Blake St. in New Haven, Conn.

In the sale of 289 Main Ave., managing director Brad Balletto, vice president, investments Rich Edwards, and vice president, investments Jeff Wright represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

289 Main Ave. is a 40-unit multifamily building totaling 20,576 s/f and comprised of 38 studio and two one-bedroom apartments. The property offers covered parking and on-site laundry facilities with access to major transportation corridors and employment centers throughout Fairfield County.

446A Blake Street - New Haven, CT

Northeast Private Client Group has completed the $2.9 million sale of 446A Blake St. Balletto represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

446A Blake St. is an approved development site located in the Westville neighborhood, permitted for 144 residential units. The site is within proximity of Southern Connecticut State University and presents the buyer with a significant development opportunity in dynamic urban markets, with strong demand driven by Yale University, major medical institutions, and a growing residential population.
