O’Brien and Fraser of O’Brien Comm’l. sell 14,000 s/f for $1.3m

121 Brick Kiln Road - Chelmsford, MA

Chelmsford, MA GXP Properties has sold 121 Brick Kiln Rd. to Atlantic Restoration for $1.3 million. 121 Brick Kiln Rd. is a 14,000 s/f office building  located on four acres of industrial land off Rte. 3 and I-495. O’Brien Commercial Properties represented the buyer and seller in this transaction. Eric O’Brien and Sean Fraser of O’Brien Comm’l. were the brokers of record.

And in Acton, Highrock Covenant Church recently purchased two buildings on a four acre site. The buildings are at 255-257 Great Rd. Highrock will be opening their church campus at the site to soon serve the community. HighrockActon paid $1,412,500 for the real estate and $135,000 for the former Makaha Chinese Restaurant. In total they paid $1,547,500. O’Brien Commercial Properties handled the sale.
