Margaret O'Brien of CB Richard Ellis/New England office has negotiated the lease of 8,790 s/f of office space at 755 Banfield Rd. to Community Developmental Services (CDS).
Community Developmental Services is part of the New Hampshire system of twelve "area agencies" who coordinate support and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities, and their families.
O'Brien represented the landlord, 755 Banfield, LLC and Robert Marchewka of The Kane Co. represented the tenant, CDS.
