Jack Conway hires Lonergan to remodel building

Residents and visitors to Scituate Harbor will soon see a new building on Front St. Designed by local architect Donald Lonergan, the new structure will mix both retail and rental tenants. "We worked very hard to design this building so it would fit into the somewhat confined, yet historical setting of downtown Scituate Harbor, which itself is a gem," said Lonergan. Lonergan designed the plans for the new building at the request of realtor Jack Conway, who has owned the site for the past 40 years. "It will have a nice pedestrian pathway to the harbor, and will be totally handicapped accessible." said Lonergan. The project should be completed by the summer.
