Bret O'Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. recently leased 17,000 s/f of space at 75 October Hill Rd. to Abbess Instruments. 75 October Hill Rd. is a 60,000 s/f warehouse and office building located in the New Englander Industrial Park.
The space consists of 13,000 s/f of warehouse space and 4,000 s/f of office space. The move represents an expansion for Abbess from the 4,800 s/f industrial condo it owns at 70 Bartzak Dr. as well as a secondary warehouse in the same park. O'Brien was the sole broker of record in the lease transaction.
