O'Brien of NAI Norwood Group sells 20,500 s/f industrial building - $1.25 million

NAI Norwood Group negotiated the $1.25 million sale of 9 Merrill Industrial Dr. The 20,500 s/f industrial building was purchased by Rigz Enterprises, LLC. The building will house their distribution business, East-West Distribution. The building has been unoccupied for the last several years. "It's great to have the asset back in use," said Brian O'Brien, RPA, VP managing broker of NAI Norwood Group, Portsmouth office. O'Brien represented the buyer. William Luers of Tamposi-Nash represented the seller, Nash Properties.
