O,R&L Commercial completes $1.55 million sale
O,R&L Commercial has sold the 12,313 s/f automotive facility located at 205 North Main St.
Tim McMahon and Frank Hird of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller 155 North Main St., LLC. Peter Brown of H. Pearce Company represented the buyer Premier Holdings, LLC.
Developed in 1993 for Branford Dodge, the property has been home to Lenders & Fleet Services since 2005.
Premier Holdings will utilize the facility for its growing franchise which includes Premier Subaru and Premier Kia. The sale price was $1.55 million.
