O’Brien and Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties broker $1.55m sale
Marlborough, MA Bret O’Brien and James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. brokered the sale of 200 East Main St.
The office park consists of three buildings, totaling 24,000 s/f. The property was purchased by a value-add investor for $1.55 million with a current occupancy of 46%.
Greater Boston Commercial Properties was the sole broker of record in this transaction.
