Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes brokers $6.975 million sale

Billerica, MA R.W. Holmes has completed sale of two multi-tenant flex buildings totaling 70,000 s/f at 144-154 Rangeway Rd. for $6.975 million. R.W. Holmes was exclusively retained by the seller, D&B Rangeway Realty Trust, to run a process that involved direct outreach to a select group of local, industrial real estate focused investors. This approach generated strong interest and multiple competitive offers, resulting in a successful sale to Juniper LLC, a Boston-based real estate investor and developer.

“These buildings have tremendous market potential, and we’re thrilled to have navigated the sale to a successful close,” said Mike Ogasapian, senior vice president at R.W. Holmes, who managed the sale and procured the buyer. “We look forward to assisting Juniper in future leasing endeavors on the asset as they work to transform the property into a first-class asset.”
