O,R&L Commercial completes $6 million sale of 55,274 s/f industrial building

Branford, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of a 55,274 s/f industrial building located at 45 Northeast Industrial Rd. Will Braun of O,R&L’s Branford office represented the owner, Benerofe Branford Three, LLC and procured the buyer, 5 Spring Hill Rd, LLC.

The property transferred for $6 million.

The asset is situated within one of the town’s established industrial corridors, offering access to I-95 and the greater New Haven market. 30,000 s/f was vacant at the time of the sale. The town’s \ location continues to be an area attractive to investors and owner-users seeking well-positioned distribution and manufacturing space along the Connecticut shoreline. O,R&L Commercial is pleased to have assisted both parties in completing this sale.
