O,R&L Commercial completes two long-term retail leases - 7,070 s/f

15-65 Frontage Road - East Haven, CT

East Haven, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed two long-term retail leases at 15-65 Frontage Rd. Sportech Venues, a former tenant in the plaza for 30 years, who used to occupy one of the freestanding buildings is returning to the plaza and will now occupy a 5,000 s/f end cap space in the main strip center portion of the property. Jeff Kravet of Kravet Realty of Stamford represented Sportech Venues.

Sally Beauty Supply LLC, a long-term tenant presently located on the other side of I-95 at 52 Frontage Rd. is moving their business to 15-65 Frontage Rd. and has completed a new long-term retail lease for a 2,070 s/f inline space within the plaza. Sally Beauty Supply was represented by Steve Patten of the Proto Group of North Haven, Conn.

Toby Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the landlord, East Haven Mall, LLC of 15-65 Frontage Rd. This well-positioned commercial plaza features a tenant mix anchored by national brands and everyday consumer needs. Current tenants include: Wendy’s, AutoZone, Bottle Depot Liquors, Shore Haven Veterinary Hospital, AFI Orthotics & Prosthetics and two restaurant tenants: Fiesta Bar & Grill and Mansion de las Americas Restaurant and Bar. 

The upcoming addition of Sally Beauty and Sportech Venues will further enhance the property’s draw creating a mix of retail and service businesses. The retail center is also benefited by its adjacent proximity to a busy Home Depot ensuring exposure, traffic flow and cross-shopping synergies.
