Orlando joins UGL Services as senior vice president of E2E account

According to UGL Services, a subsidiary of UGL Limited, Brandon Orlando has joined the company as senior vice president, End-to-End (E2E) account operations, reporting directly to Louis Lanzillo, CEO - UGL Americas. Orlando will head the UGL Services E2E initiative for the company's North American clients. E2E is a comprehensive global service offering that includes facility management and commercial real estate services to encompass all aspects of corporate real estate management. It combines the expertise of UGL Equis, one of the largest tenant-only representatives in North America, and UGL Unicco, a major commercial and industrial facility services organization, into a single package of integrated services. "UGL Services has tremendous global commercial real estate resources," said Lanzillo. "Here in North America we're leveraging our two operating units, UGL Equis and UGL Unicco, to create an end-to-end business model designed to help our clients with day-to-day operations, as well as real estate management and strategic decision making. Brandon's experience and drive will focus these resources as we bring this new E2E concept to market." Orlando joins UGL Services following more than 11 years of managing similar services for large national and global accounts. His portfolio includes expertise in facilities/real estate management, transaction management, project management, client relations, occupancy planning, capital planning, portfolio integration and value creation. Most recently, he was senior vice president, client relationship manager for JLL, where he managed 2,800 locations. Orlando holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Arizona State University. He is located in the UGL Equis headquarters office in downtown Chicago.
