Overdeput of Colliers leases 4,000 s/f to Buzz ABA at 4 Tinkham Ave.

Derry, NH According to Colliers, Buzz ABA has leased 4,000 s/f at 4 Tinkham Ave. Hugo Overdeput, vice president with Colliers in New Hampshire, represented the landlord, G&P Holdings, Inc., and assisted the tenant in the long-term lease transaction.

“Buzz ABA’s expansion is a great addition to the Derry community,” said Overdeput. “We’re pleased to have helped facilitate a long-term solution that supports the company’s continued growth while bringing valuable services to more families in southern New Hampshire.”

The leased space is located within a 24,000 s/f office and industrial building and will serve as Buzz ABA’s newest clinic. The expansion will allow the New Hampshire-based provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to serve additional families throughout southern New Hampshire with high-quality, clinic-based services for children with autism and related developmental needs. The clinic is expected to open later this summer, pending final setup and approvals.
