Tuscan Property Management, LLC d.b.a. Poliquin purchased 9.8 acres of commercial land located at 1600 South County Trail for $1.65 million.
The buyer will be constructing a 57,000 s/f office and training facility. Poliquin Performance is a world leader in strength training and health education.
