Payette promotes Feth and Klee

Payette has promoted David Feth, AIA, LEED AP and Charles Klee, AIA, LEED AP to principals.
Fetch has concentrated on university research facilities since joining Payette in 1990. He received his BArch, Cum Laude from Syracuse University and his MArch II from Harvard University, Graduate School of Design.   

Klee heads the firm's Research and Innovation Initiative. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Swarthmore College and his Master of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University. 

PROMOTED TO ASSOCIATE PRINCIPAL 
Jeffrey H. DeGregorio, AIA, LEED® AP
After spending three summers as an intern with the firm and earning a Bachelor of Architecture, Cum Laude from Syracuse University, Jeff joined Payette full-time in 1998. He won the 2005 National AIA Young Architects Award and has contributed to the firm's projects with Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Ohio Wesleyan University, MEDITECH, and Biogen Idec. In addition to founding Payette's Young Designers Core, which was awarded the national AIA Intern Development Program Award in 2002, Jeff is the founder of the Boston Society of Architects' Mentoring Program and advises thesis students at the Boston Architectural Center.

Ching-Hua Ho
An experienced healthcare designer with expertise in high-tech diagnostic and treatment ambulatory clinic spaces and emergency departments, Ching joined Payette in 1996. She has designed projects at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Hershey Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, Children's Hospital Boston, Wing Memorial Medical Center, and Holyoke Hospital. Ching received a Bachelor of Architecture from Chinese Cultural University, Taiwan; a Master of Architecture from Chung Yuan Christian University, Taiwan; and a Post Professional Master of Architecture from Yale University, School of Architecture.

Kriss Pettersen, AIA
Kriss joined Payette in 2005 and has made significant contributions to the firm in regards to fee negotiation, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting. A seasoned architect with over 20 years of experience, he is the Project Manager for the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Tenant Fit-Out at the Center for Life Sciences project. Kriss is also an active member of the firm's Management and Project Management Advisory Committees. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Kent State University.

Peter F. Vieira, AIA, LEED® AP
Since joining Payette in November 2005 Peter has worked on projects for Columbia University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Over the course of his professional career several of the projects he has worked on have been recognized for excellence in design, including an AIA Honor Award and two Honor Awards from the Pennsylvania Chapter of the AIA. For six years Peter taught courses in visual studies within the School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and his Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeffrey R. Zynda
Jeff has been the Project Manager for several high-end biocontainment, imaging and specialized laboratory projects and is a frequent lecturer on the topic. Since joining Payette in 1999 he has worked on complex research projects for University of Illinois, University of Pittsburgh, Boston College, Princeton University, Yale University, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Brandeis University and the Pennsylvania State University. He received his Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University and studied abroad in Florence, Italy. Prior to joining Payette he worked in Florence on cultural restoration and intervention projects in Pisa and Senegallia and was a visiting critic at Universita di Firenze.

PROMOTED TO ASSOCIATE
Ronald F. Blanchard, AIA, LEED® AP
Ron has been working on projects for Ohio Wesleyan University, Yale University, Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology since joining the firm in 2001. Two of the projects he worked on, Johns Hopkins University and the University of Massachusetts Medical School Worcester, were honored with design awards from the BSA and AIA Chapters. Ron has been invited to give presentations about his work at the firm, including a presentation on "Soft Spaces in Academic Science Centers" at the 2005 Tradeline Conference. A member of the Boston Society of Architects, Ron received his Bachelor of Architecture from the Pratt Institute, School of Architecture.

Enno Fritsch, LEED® AP
Enno joined Payette in 2001 and has worked on a number of projects for clients at Clemson University, Brandeis University, Veterans Affairs Medical Center New England, Biogen Idec and Amherst College. He currently teaches an architectural design studio at the Boston Architectural College in its Distance MArch program and he has been an Assistant Professor at the Urban Design Department of his German alma mater.  Additionally, Enno has taken a lead role in organizing firm-wide design showings and pin-ups.  He received a Professional Degree in Architecture (Dipl.-Ing.), University of Karlsruhe and a SMArchS (Architecture and Urbanism) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2001.

Randa Ghattas, AIA
Having joined Payette in 2005 Randa is currently working on the design of the housing for students and faculty, day care and guest house for the Aga Khan University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences in Karachi, Pakistan and has completed design work for clients at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and the Pennsylvania State University Hershey Medical Center. Randa has taught design studios at Northeastern University and Wentworth Institute of Technology. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Intellectual History from University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design.

Patrick A. Jones, AIA
Over the course of his 12 years with Payette, Pat has worked on several projects at the Pennsylvania State University and was a member of the team for the MERF at the University of Iowa which won design awards from the Boston Society of Architects (BSA) and AIA New England. Pat currently serves as the Project Architect on the Georgetown University Science Center. Serving as Chairman of the Zoning Bylaw Review Committee and a member of the Design Review Board in his hometown of Swampscott, Massachusetts, Pat was recently named to the Town's Planning Board. Pat received his Bachelor of Architecture from the Pennsylvania State University.

Christopher J. Stansfield, LEED® AP
Since joining the firm in 1996 Chris has worked on a number of projects for clients such as Johns Hopkins University, Wyeth BioPharma and Research, and Princeton University. Recently, Chris has been working closely on the new Princeton Chemistry Building. A member of the firm's Information Technology Advisory Group and the Boston Society of Architects, Chris received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami in 1993.
