Recently NEREJ Radio host interviewed John Peckham III CCIM, CIPS, RECS, president of Peckham Boston Advisors. Peckham discusses his 51 year career in the income property brokerage field. He has sold over $1 billion in income property and developed many forward looking systems now used throughout the real estate world. He describes the evolution of technology as a marketing tool and some of his interesting deals involving properties and buyers world wide - connected by the internet. He currently handles difficult real estate marketing assignments in cooperation with other local and international commercial real estate brokers.
Peckham is the author of "Master Guide to Income Property," Wiley Publishing, now in its fourth edition (18th printing) which describes his internet marketing techniques in depth. He was the founding president of the New England CCIM Chapter, has been honored as Realtor of the Year by the Mass. Association of Realtors and served as its president.
