Pelletier joins Timberline Construction's general contracting division

Wayne Pelletier recently joined Timberline Construction's general contracting division, as senior project manager. Pelletier is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology; he has also completed courses at Northeastern University and the Boston Architectural Center. He spent the past 28 years at Monitor Builders and DiGiorgio Associates based in Boston. As sister companies, Monitor and DiGiorgio have been leaders in design-build programs within the healthcare and assisted living fields, collectively completing many projects throughout the eastern U.S. During Pelletier's tenure he held positions as: project captain, project executive and vice president of architectural operations with DiGiorgio; and superintendent and senior project manager with monitor. Pelletier is highly professional and personable, while providing clients with the attention and service they deserve. He has earned a solid reputation as an expert in both design and construction, particularly in the healthcare sector, through his knowledge and dedication to delivering high-quality projects. He has completed projects for clients such as: LRGHealthcare, Southcoast Health Systems, Health Alliance, Atlanticare, CareMatrix, and The Flatley Company. In addition to his extensive healthcare experience, his portfolio also includes: academic, retail, corporate, hospitality, and residential projects. Wayne is a true asset to the Timberline team.
