Peterson of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC brokers $1.9 million sale

Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, LLC has completed the $1.9 million sale of 465 Turnpike St. The landmark property is sited directly on Rte. 138, off the I-93/I-95 highway intersection (Rte. 128). The 55,000 s/f single-story R&D/industrial building sits on 3 acres at the entrance to Canton Point, Pulte Corp.'s new luxury condominium development on Reservoir Pond. It had been the long-time home to the former Commercial Sheet Metal Corporation, a family-owned manufacturer of precision sheet metal products. The seller, G&N Realty Trust was represented by Rick Peterson, executive vice president of Atlantic Commercial. The buyer, Cyrus Properties, LLC of Weymouth represented themselves in the sale. Cyrus Properties plans to convert the facility for multi-tenant use after extensive renovations and upgrading of the building's mechanical systems.
