With over 15 years of experience leading complex commercial real estate projects, Pinheiro brings a rare combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and community-first values to Ionic’s continued growth across New England.

Pinheiro is an expert in full lifecycle project delivery, consistently helping clients maximize the performance and value of their property portfolios. She has led real estate projects totaling over 5 million s/f and valued at more than $750 million. Her portfolio includes a wide range of asset types. With a strong technical foundation in mechanical engineering and a current master’s candidate in real estate development and finance at Georgetown University, Pinheiro offers a uniquely integrated approach, combining deep technical knowledge with capital markets insight and design strategy.

At Ionic, Pinheiro leads deal structuring and value creation, enhancing the firm’s offerings in a competitive market.
