Plotkin of Northeast Retail opens three stores for Town Fair Tire Centers

According to Daniel Plotkin, partner with Windsor Connecticut based Northeast Retail Leasing & Management Company, Town Fair Tire Centers of East Haven Conn. has opened 3 new stores, one each in West Lebanon N.H. at 192 South Main St., Bangor Maine at 962 Stillwater Ave. and 2 Palomba Dr., Enfield Conn. bringing the store count to 86. Town Fair operates in every New England state except Vermont and is one of the largest tire dealers in New England. The West Lebanon and Bangor stores are "as far north as the company has gone, so far" according to Plotkin who has worked on behalf of the privately owned companies new store development program for 18 years. "The West Lebanon and Bangor stores are larger than prototypical, at about 8,000 s/f, and are brand new buildings," said Plotkin. The extra space permits more inventory to be kept on hand. Its new store in Enfield replaces an existing, undersized store in a strip center with a 7,500 s/f existing repurposed car dealership. The building was essentially reconstructed to look and feel much like the existing fleet of stores.
