Plourde joins Tighe & Bond as project manager

Jason Plourde, P.E., PTP recently joined Tighe & Bond, Inc. as a project manager. One of only eight certified Professional Transportation Planners (PTP) in New England, he has more than 17 years of experience in traffic studies and engineering, as well as transportation planning.
He also has extensive knowledge of governmental permitting throughout the Northeast, and is well versed in land development and transportation improvements.
"With the addition of Jason to our Portsmouth team, we can readily offer both private and public clients local and responsive expertise relative to their unique traffic and transportation planning needs," said vice president Gregg Mikolaities. "Jason's background in collaborating with stakeholders on large development projects, as well as his ability to effectively present transportation plans and projects in public hearings and other forums, represents a big plus for our clients."
A resident of Milford, NH, Plourde earned his bachelor of science in civil engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Transportation Planning Council and the Traffic Engineering Council within the Institute of Transportation Engineers. He is also a member of Plan New Hampshire.
