Powers & Co. leases 7,500 s/f to Impact Fitness
Impact Functional and Sports Training has leased 7,500 s/f at Sudbury Plaza. Impact joins Shaws, CVS, Starbucks, Learning Express, Wild Birds Unlimited and other great retailers and hopes to be open before the new year. They are the first hybrid training functional and sports training center in the area.
The leasing of the space brings the Gravestar portfolio of retail centers located in Massachusetts and Rhode Island to 100% leased.
Powers & Co. represents landlords throughout New England and has received yearly CoStar Broker of the Year Awards for the high number of leases executed.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
