Powers & Company to merge with The Dartmouth Company

Boston, MA Powers & Company, the Lynnfield, Massachusetts-based boutique retail brokerage firm, is merging with retail real estate advisory and brokerage firm, The Dartmouth Company.

With its major focus on the Greater Boston suburbs and Cape Cod, Powers & Company specializes in representing retail landlords and owners throughout New England. Principal Mary Powers is a certified leasing specialist with over twenty-five years of experience. 

 The Dartmouth Company specializes in tenant and landlord representation in the Northeast and throughout the U.S. Services also include dispositions, investment sales, and consulting and advisory services. Additionally, the company created a full-service commercial retail property management division.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
