Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz brokers $725,000

Marty Ruff of Levey Miller Maretz represented both parties in the sale of the Historical Ball & Socket Factory on West Main St. for $725,000. This 63,000 s/f building is more than a hundred years old and in its past manufactured brass buttons for civil war uniforms. The Ball & Socket Arts Group is comprised of Cheshire residents who will restore this property onto a multi-use cultural center. The property was owned by Dalton Enterprises, Inc. a Cheshire based company that manufactures drive-way sealer.
