Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services was the sole broker on the sale of a former Saab dealership facility consisting of a 5,500 s/f building with showroom and service area set on 2.8 acres with 425' of frontage at 171 South Broad St.
Located near the Wallingford/Meriden line, the property is a prime candidate for redevelopment to retail or commercial use on high-traffic Rte. 5.
The transaction closed recently at $640,000.
