Procino of Shawmut Design and Construction promoted to project executive and manager of CT office

Shawmut Design and Construction has promoted Ken Procino to project executive and manager of Shawmut's CT office. In this role, he will provide executive level management of Shawmut's construction project operations. He will also serve as manager and direct the leadership team in the North Haven office, one of Shawmut's seven offices nationwide. Procino previously held senior level project management responsibilities at Shawmut, primarily for major college and university work. In this new role, Procino will be leading preconstruction services and overseeing multiple project teams in the construction of educational, library, commercial, retail, garage, residential, corporate, historic, hospital and healthcare, cleanroom, and assisted and skilled nursing facilities, as well as city and state funded projects. Procino graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology. He also holds a B.S. in Construction Management. Additionally, Procino is a LEED and OSHA certified professional, and an ASHE Certified Health Constructor.
