The Procopio Companies and Dellbrook JKS break ground on mixed-use development Paragon on Nantasket Beach

Hull, MA The Procopio Companies held the groundbreaking of Paragon, a mixed-use development on Nantasket Beach. Located near the Hingham Shipyard, the Hull and Hingham MBTA ferries, and the full range of attractions along Nantasket Beach, Paragon is poised to integrate into the oceanfront community.

Monte French Studio is the architect for the project, and CEC is the civil engineer. The Procopio Companies is the developer, and Dellbrook JKS is the construction manager.

Designed with its surrounding neighborhood in mind, Paragon will combine a 132-unit multifamily residential component with 9,300 s/f of modern retail offerings and a large-scale food and beverage destination, creating a year-round hub of activity. The project reflects Procopio’s commitment to delivering developments that bring long-term value, strengthen neighborhoods, and celebrate the character of their surroundings.

“Paragon integrates into Nantasket Beach’s lively, connected, and thriving neighborhood for residents and visitors alike,” said Bryan Vitale of The Procopio Companies. “We are proud to break ground on a project that will not only provide new housing options but also activate the waterfront with exciting retail and dining experiences.”

The development builds on Nantasket Beach’s long history as one of the South Shore’s most beloved coastal communities, while introducing modern amenities and gathering spaces that meet the needs of today’s residents. With its mix of housing, retail, and hospitality, Paragon is designed to foster connection and establish a strong sense of place along the waterfront.

Procopio has secured financing Paragon through a strategic partnership with Redcove Capital and Boston Andes Capital. This investment marks a significant milestone in bringing the vision for Paragon to life, reflecting the confidence of two respected financial partners in Procopio’s track record of delivering transformative, community-driven developments.
