What your firm does now and its plans for the future? Our firm is a real estate investment, development and management company that owns a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Connecticut. In addition to continually upgrading our existing properties, we are the developers of The Front Street District in downtown Hartford, CT. We recently built 65,000 s/f of restaurant and entertainment space and are currently working on Phase 2, which will be a residential building containing 115 units and up to 27,000 s/f of commercial space.
