Q10 represented the borrower in securing $6.578 million in acquisition and permanent financing for a 171,630 s/f multi-tenant industrial building located at 720 Frontenac Rd. The loan included a 7-year, fix rate, interest only structure priced aggressively over treasuries, rather than LIBOR.
